Sax is a fabulous town, far enough inland to be truly inland and traditional yet only 30-35 Minutes from Alicante Airport, city, and beaches. It is easily possible to live here without a car as there are buses and trains and the high-speed rail link to Madrid is only ten minutes away by taxi.
For investors, Sax is a thriving town with very little unemployment due to the three huge factories near the motorway that employs thousands of people. Many factory workers come from 50-60 kilometers away and, generally, the Spanish do not commute and prefer to share a rented apartment to live in Monday to Friday returning to their families each weekend. The apartment would realize between 275 and 325 per month. We have a list of possible renters and apartments that are in demand.
