|Distance to Beach||63km|
Located within walking distance to the lovely town of Salinas, which has a population of 1,300, bars, cafes, a medical center, banks, and a pharmacy. The town of Sax is a mere five minutes drive away.
The track leading up to the property needs a few tonnes of gravel to make it good otherwise the last 25 meters are soft following rains, the gravel will prevent you from needing a 4×4. The entire length of the track is only 200 meters and it is only the first 20% that needs attention.
The approach to the Villa and the property itself are both beautiful, hard to believe that it is so close to a town as it seems remote.
There is a total of 6,000m2 which includes two fenced plots and an unfenced area. The first plot is the gardens around the villa which are low maintenance and look stunning with plenty of areas to relax and also for exterior dining as there is a stone-built BBQ on the grounds.
The second plot is also fenced and is an area with trees and the third is a patch of rough ground on the approach to the property which can be cleared and would be perfect for olive and/or almond trees.
The property itself is in walk-in condition and has been thoughtfully done. One big double bedroom and another in the gallery above the lounge/diner/kitchen.
The property has mains water and a recent Solar Power system which means there will be no electricity bills.
Outside the house, there is a wood-beamed terrace and a fenced area at the side giving access to a pool (5×4) and a patio area which is a fabulous space for relaxing.
Finally, there is an outhouse to the other side of the property that houses the Solar System and has plenty of room for storage.
At just under 100,000€ this has so much to offer.
