A structurally superb Finca in an amazing location that needs total modernization inside but as most of the interior walls are non-supporting then it really isn´t an issue.
It would make a far better 3 Bed 2 Bath than a 4 Bed but that is an individual choice. We estimate that it would be hard to spend more than 20,000€ to make the interior very special, however, it is in a completely liveable condition.

The location is just amazing with the most wonderful views of the mountains to the rear and the countryside to the front and to the side there are views across 2.5 acres of land belonging to the property that is full of olive trees, almond trees, and other fruit trees.
The owner is happy to continue looking after the land if you want for either a small fee or a share of the produce. The access is excellent, all tarmac roads from the town and not a tractor path 4×4 type.
The property is fully fenced and so is the land so it is perfect for having dogs who can run around without the fear of them escaping. The pool area is also separate so it is safe for small children and it has a pump and filter.
The covered terrace at the front of the Finca has thoughtfully been glassed in at both ends so it is perfect for trapping the sun in winter and the windows can be opened in summer so that the mountain breeze can run through, it´s rather like an open-ended conservatory, hopefully, the photos will explain it better than I am doing.
Inside the Finca, although dated, is liveable and there is a lovely feature log burning fireplace. A separate shower unit and a small-ish kitchen can be opened up, however, you may find that most of the cooking is done in the BBQ house outside which has a storage room attached to it or can be used as an area for a washing machine.
It´s really very charming and has great potential and is priced very well for the location. Suma (Rates) are less than 200€ per year!!
