First off, the access is excellent with asphalt all the way to a double-gated entrance and driveway. There are pretty garden areas at the front of the house as you drive up to it.

The quality of the build is one of the first things you notice and then just how big the house is as it carries on behind into the land. You can enter from the front or rear but from the front, you walk into a beautiful conservatory style lounge/diner complete with a feature log burning stove and exposed chimney. This is a superb open space that is immediately comfortable and there are great views through the massive windows.

An archway takes you through to a light and airy kitchen/diner which fully fitted and nothing like a typical small Spanish kitchen. Plenty of room to have your meals in there but really who cares as there are a number of exterior opportunities for dining especially the stone furniture under the pagoda and close to the BBQ house.

The lounge/diner is a really lovely and comfortable area, again there is lots of natural light and great views. The bedrooms are all of a good size but the main bedroom is fabulous with doors opening to the rear patio and swimming pool. The guest WC has room for a shower to be fitted.
